鎌倉市在住。大学卒業後、民間企業および外郭団体での勤務を経て、2016年より現代アート業界へ転身。銀座、六本木、白金台、天王洲など東京の複数の現代アートギャラリーにて、展覧会の企画運営、アーティストマネジメント、パブリックアートコーディネーションなどに携わり、多様な現場で実践的な経験を重ねる。いずれも一貫して関心を寄せてきたのは、芸術の社会的役割と、人と人とをつなぐ表現の力。
自身が過去に企画した、障がいのあるアーティストとの協働して企画した展覧会に、「たった一日だけの小さな森の美術館」や「Dreaming - 十人の作家と夏の調べ 」がある。その他、同地域に住む障がいのある子どもとない子どもが一緒に造形物を作るワークショップを企画し、その成果を商業施設に展示するなど、実践を通して芸術による共生社会の実現に向けた研究と実践を行ってきた。2019年から鎌倉に移り住み、人間と芸術の関係性を再定義する試みの場として、2022年にアートギャラリー「HUG FOR ＿ .」を開業。アート作品の展示販売を軸としながら、対話の時間を大切に、アートが個人の内面と社会を優しく結び直す場をつくることを目指している。2025年には、自らの体験をもとに、女性であることによって社会で生じる無意識の役割期待や、構造的な偏りに対する違和感や生きにくさを出発点とした、女性アーティストの活躍に焦点をあて活動するプロジェクト「Aoe（アオエ）」をスタート。
芸術が社会や人に対してどのように貢献し循環を生むことができるかを、事業性と社会性の両輪の視点をもって活動をし続けている。

Based in Kamakura, Japan. After graduating from university, she worked in the private sector and affiliated public organizations before transitioning into the contemporary art field in 2016. She has since gained extensive hands-on experience across multiple contemporary art galleries in Tokyo—including Ginza, Roppongi, Shirokanedai, and Tennozu—where she has been involved in exhibition planning and management, artist management, and public art coordination. Throughout her career, her consistent focus has been on the social role of art and its power to connect people.
Among the exhibitions she has curated are “A Small Forest Museum for One Day Only” and “Dreaming – Ten Artists and the Sounds of Summer,” both developed in collaboration with artists with disabilities. She has also organized workshops where children with and without disabilities collaboratively create artworks, later exhibited in commercial spaces. Through such initiatives, she has engaged in both research and practice aimed at fostering an inclusive society through art.
In 2019, she relocated to Kamakura. In 2022, she founded the art gallery “HUG FOR＿.” as a space to explore and redefine the relationship between people and art. While focusing on the exhibition and sale of artworks, the gallery places great importance on dialogue, aiming to create a space where art gently reconnects individual inner worlds with society.
In 2025, drawing from her own experiences, she launched the project “Aoe,” which focuses on supporting women artists. The project originates from a critical awareness of the unconscious role expectations and structural biases faced by women in society, as well as the sense of discomfort and difficulty these can create.
She continues to pursue activities that explore how art can contribute to society and create meaningful circulation, balancing both business viability and social impact.
